I've always had great stays here! Rooms are extremely nice and clean and the hotel staff are wonderful. To the kind woman working front desk this evening, thank you for listening and being attentive to my concerns. 10/10 will stay here again
We stayed here on March 2025 and the room was nice. It had comfortable beds and the breakfast was good. It was also close to a trail which is close to the YMCA. Definitely recommend!
We’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is mostly friendly, pool is great and I feel safe. Breakfast is hot and fresh and kept well stocked. This visit I had a problem with my ground floor window having no way to lock it. It opened wide. I asked to be moved and they did finally help me which I appreciate. It was a very busy weekend and I know they were booked. But they downplayed the safety issue. To me having a secure room is very important. Otherwise I would not have stayed. No other issues. Dakota is a credit to this hotel. He is friendly helpful and customer oriented. Great job.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was well taken care of. Just wished there was a hot tub. The TVs had some minor issues but otherwise no complaints.
This Best Western is absolutely awesome. From the friendly staff to the shear convenience of amenities. Vending, Breakfast, Guest Laundry, Pool all in working condition. Within 50-75 feet of the hotel you are met with several restaurant options. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. Definitely will be back. I do not know who manage this location, but you are doing an amazing job.
Room was roomy and clean. The bathroom had no fan to remove order after using bathroom. Front desk service was very helpful with anything we asked or needed. I have family here in Fort Wayne and will be using this hotel again...

Our family stayed here for 5 weeks while my husband was in town for work, and it was a great experience overall. We needed a comfortable, family-friendly place for an extended stay with two young children, and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. We were able to book an XL King Suite with a pull-out couch for the kids, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer weekly rates, which was a huge plus for longer visits. Don’t let some of the negative reviews scare you away. If my family could happily stay here for over a month, you’ll have no problem enjoying a few days. Every single staff member, from management to housekeeping, was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was also a nice bonus, with options ranging from eggs and sausage to bagels, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, and waffles, so there was always something for everyone. If I had to find a minor downside, the beds were a bit firm for our liking, and the outdoor trash pickup around 5 a.m. could be a little noisy, though that’s obviously outside the hotel’s control. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel again the next time we’re in the area.
